Get Fit While You Sit!

Have FUN and move to the music through a variety of aerobic exercises designed to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance...all in the seated position!  This chair-based exercise class is appropriate for older adults and those looking to lessen the impact on their joints.  All ages and skill levels are welcome.  Standing exercises may be incorporated to improve balance and flexibility.
